Hub 2 Plus is equipped with a communicator with 4 independent channels, including LTE. This configuration allows the device to connect to two different Internet providers via Ethernet and Wi-Fi, while maintaining emergency access to two mobile networks. Switching between channels takes only a few seconds.

Photo verification of the alarm in 9 seconds

Photo verification is the future of the security industry. This technology is the optimal solution for private and corporate premises - it is easily accessible and does not violate privacy. Animated series of images from MotionCam sensors allow SMA users and operators to assess the situation, but the cameras only activate in response to an alarm, never on demand.

Hub 2 Plus can manage up to 200 MotionCam sensors and provide photo confirmation of alarms to users and security agencies in just 9 seconds, even when using SIM cards for communication, all thanks to LTE support.

Guaranteed delivery of alarms and photographic verification

We have developed the Jeweller radio protocol to ensure uninterrupted operation of all alarm system devices. Jeweller provides two-way communication between the hub and sensors up to 2,000 meters away, while allowing remote control of Ajax devices and transmitting alarm signals in less than 0.15 seconds.

Jeweller uses the method of time frame synchronization in communication with connected devices, authentication that excludes forgery and encryption to prevent data loss. In addition, the energy-efficient radio protocol allows the sensors to operate for years on installed batteries.

Automated protection

Hub 2 Plus supports 64 scenarios that minimize people's impact on site security. It can automatically arm and disarm the entire alarm system or specific groups according to a schedule. In addition, it can instantly turn on the fog generator in the event of a burglary, cut off the power and activate the alarm lighting in the event of a fire, or shut off the water in the event of a leak. Using automation devices, Hub 2 can control lighting, electric locks and blinds. Scenarios can be triggered in response to changes in alarm modes, triggering an alarm or commands from the Button button.

Protection of large properties with a complicated internal structure

Business centers, factories, multi-storey villas with buildings - Hub 2 Plus will protect even the most extensive properties. The new hub controls up to 200 devices. The range of the radio signal reaches up to 2000 m, and the maximum range of the radio network is even 35 km2. Hub 2 Plus can manage up to 25 security groups with 200 users. Thanks to this, security personnel can divide the area into zones, organizing access for employees to the rooms.

Sabotage resistance

Whatever happens to the Hub 2 Plus, the security agency and users will know about it. The alarm goes off when intruders try to disassemble the device. If the Ajax Cloud server loses connection with the hub, thanks to the short ping interval, it will send a notification in just 60 seconds. Even during a power outage, the Hub 2 Plus protects your property for up to 15 hours with its built-in backup battery.

OS Malevich Thinking about the future

Hub 2 Plus runs on OS Malevich, a real-time operating system developed by Ajax Systems. OS Malevich is stable, virus resistant and protected against cyber attacks.

The modular architecture makes it easy to keep OS Malevich up to date. The system receives new features several times a year through remote software updates. The process, which runs only when the system is disarmed, requires no intervention by engineers or users and takes a few minutes.

Hub 2 Plus is the most powerful Ajax control panel. It has a processor that is 4.5 times faster than Hub 2 and has 8 times more flash memory. This hardware configuration ensures smooth operation of the device for many years.

Control from the mobile application

We gave up on buttons and archaic interfaces - applications are more convenient and safer. They connect to the hub through a secure Ajax Cloud channel, i.e. a server located in several AWS data centers. Mobile applications allow you to control security, edit hub settings, configure connected devices, create scenarios and monitor events from a smartphone or computer on site or from a remote location.

Hassle-free installation

The Hub 2 Plus is ready to go out of the box. It has installed komunicators, power module and backup battery. To start configuring the system, simply connect the device to a power outlet and the Internet, insert the SIM card and scan the QR code using the application. Thanks to the SmartBracket, you do not need to unscrew the device to mount it.

All settings of the alarm system are always available in the mobile application. Even when you are far from the hub, you can connect CCTV devices or cameras, add users, test radio signal strength, create security groups and scenarios, or connect the hub to the headquarters of a security agency.
