Description

The Yealink RoomPanel is a professional, multi-functional room scheduling device with an 8-inch touchscreen, Android 9.0 operating system, RGB LEDs, two microphones and a speakerphone. The universal panel not only displays the status of the room, but also allows the booking of all meeting rooms in the organisation.

Sleek and compact with a sleek and metal design, the panel fits perfectly into modern workspaces. It also provides an excellent visual and interactive experience on an 8" touchscreen with a fingerprint protection unit, as well as a light and proximity sensor.

Checking meeting room availability becomes even easier with the coloured LED strips. The double-sided, convex, full RGB LED strips, which allow custom colour settings, are clearly visible from any viewing angle.

• Built-in dual Bluetooth 5.0 chipsets for enhanced features such as Bluetooth gateway pairing with RoomSensor to enable automatic booking/release*. 
• NFC/RFID support for advanced ID authentication and attendee check-in*. 
• Built-in microphone array and two speakerphones for future extensions such as virtual assistants, administrator calls, etc.

Wide platform compatibility

Compatible with Yealink Workspace Management Platform, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other third-party meeting platforms, RoomPanel offers the experience of your choice in a variety of meeting scenarios and environments, supporting your existing calendar system.

Easy deployment, PoE support

Supporting PoE and DC power, RoomPanel is labour and time-saving to install using the supplied mounting brackets on concrete wall/glass/wood and other surfaces, with parallel or inclined angles.

Efficient remote management

Working with Yealink Workspace Management Platform and Yealink Management Cloud Services, all devices and meeting room schedules can be monitored, managed and analysed with ease and efficiency.
